The only good thing to come out of COVID-19 is the public’s awakening to the fact that government officials will lie to us and the media will help them do it. ‘The idea that someone would use their power as a journalist to lie and withhold essential information from the American public is beyond the pale. Even when holding court thousands of miles from Washington, some judges are issuing opinions overruling the president of the United States on foreign policy, border security and other matters reserved by the Constitution to the chief executive.
