His stint in that role was the equivalent of a 300-pound belly flop into a pool full of sand, with memorable moments like when he said he rode his bicycle as a child and was “proud of that service” or otherwise was proven to have lied when he referred to “the weapons of war that I carried in war.” (He never saw combat.) But most devastating for Walz and the state’s whole government was a 45-minute video produced by a 23-year-old YouTuber who demonstrated just how brazen the fraud was by simply knocking on “child care center” doors — only to be greeted by savage Somalis who spoke next to no English and had no kids inside. Tim Walz’s Minnesota is just the roll out customer because the fraud in Minnesota is so pervasive and there is a decade of people in government and law enforcement actively ignoring the fraud and trying to cover up the fraud and intimidate people who tried to blow the whistle on the fraud.
