Filming the chaos, Nicole and Felicia captured the moment a car went into the floodwaters, only to float helplessly and start spinning out of control. Nicole told Storyful that Felicia sprang into action and “ran down there, guided him through the water, lifted him over the curb and brought him to safety,” per FOX Weather. The systems could cause possible delays in normally the busiest period of travel of the year.
