US sends 15-point plan to end war with Iran: report

The US has sent Iran a 15-point plan and cease-fire proposal to end the war in the Middle East — and President Trump claims the regime has already agreed to a critical part of the peace framework: no nuclear weapons. The peace plan is believed to be based on the 15-point framework presented to the Iranian government last year, before Israel launched its 12-day war against the regime and the US bombed Iranian nuclear facilities in Operation Midnight Hammer, according to multiple outlets. Iran is also insisting on the ability for it to collect fees from ships that transit the Strait of Hormuz; guarantees that the war won’t restart; an end to Israel’s strikes on Hezbollah in Lebanon; the lifting of all sanctions; and the ability to keep its ballistic missile program with no negotiations to limit it, according to the outlet.
