Within hours, OpenAI announced it had reached an agreement with the Department of War to deploy its models in the government’s classified network. He accused Anthropic of attempting to “STRONG-ARM the Department of War” and warned that he would use the “Full Power of the Presidency” if necessary to enforce compliance.
