He is running because he realizes Thomas Massie has been totally disloyal to the President of the United States, and the Republican Party. Massie sparked Trump’s anger in recent months with his push to release the Epstein Files and refusal to support the so-called “Big Beautiful Bill” over concerns it added too much to the national debt.
