Some of the best TV shows of all time ended between 2015 and 2025, and though many had final seasons that lived up to the overall quality of the show, others were a huge disappointment. The problem with the final episodes of Supernatural is that the fates of Dean and Sam felt unearned, out of place, and, in the case of Dean’s, ordinary after everything they had gone through. Game of Thrones quickly became one of the best TV shows of all time, and though it continues to be one of them, it can’t be denied that its final season was one of the biggest disappointments of the decade.
