Malin Akerman (Billions) and Brittany Snow (she’s in the upcoming Netflix series The Beast in Me) are phenomenal as two affluent wives who live life on the edge in a world where the rules don’t seem to apply to the rich and powerful. As for the explicit sex scenes, and there are plenty, Akerman described the importance of working with an intimacy coordinator and explained that it was imperative that there was trust on set in order for her to feel comfortable getting into her character’s skin. “It was a real team effort from the top down, from the show creator to the intimacy coordinator, to the cast and crew,” she explained, referencing the comfort and respect she felt while shooting these scenes.
