Fox 59's Angela Ganote obtained the probable cause affidavit from Indianapolis police on Sunday, in which the detective on the case describes a bizarre scene in which the former NFL quarterback allegedly confronted a truck driver on the job. Sanchez, who was described by the alleged victim as smelling of alcohol with slurred speech, reportedly said he could only remember grabbing for a window during the incident when a detective took his statement. Sanchez got out and continued to claim the hotel manager said he could not replace the fryer oil, then tried to get into the truck again.
