PATNA: A 35-year-old man out on bail in a rape case allegedly broke into the house of another girl, aged 13, and raped her in Bihar's Muzaffarpur district on Saturday night, leading to his re-arrest Sunday.The accused, Divya Prakash alias Abhinav, was LJP-RV's labour cell district president. He was expelled from the party, LJP-RV's labour cell district president Pawan Kumar said.Police stated the girl's parents were asleep and her siblings were at their grandparents' house at the time of the crime. On finding the window's plywood removed, she allegedly hid herself under the bed out of fear.Meanwhile, Abhinav allegedly entered the room through the window and raped her after threatening to kill her, she claimed.On hearing her cries, her father allegedly woke up and rushed to save her.
