Kodi Smit-McPhee (“The Power of the Dog”), Aden Young (“Rectify”) and Sam Rechner (“The Fabelmans”) will join Alan Ritchson in the Patrick Hughes-directed untitled film at Amazon MGM Studios about former Navy SEAL Mike Thornton who earned the Congressional Medal of Honor. The true story tale is set in the final days of the Vietnam War and centers on Navy SEAL Thornton (Ritchson) as he leads a mission to rescue five men stuck behind enemy lines in North Vietnam – ending up swimming for hours through the South China Sea with two men strapped to him. Following his debut in the trailer over the weekend, Universal Pictures and Illumination Entertainment have released a new promo video of Yoshi who makes his debut in the upcoming “The Super Mario Galaxy Movie” opening around much of the world on April 1st.
