Trump told Maria Bartiromo on Fox News’ “Sunday Morning Futures” that if the U.S. hadn’t taken out Iran’s nuclear weapons in June, there’s no way he could have made the recent peace deal between Israel and Hamas happen. Trump said the bottom line is that the U.S. is procuring peace in the Middle East, “something that nobody thought was possible.” While Trump said he won’t personally develop Gaza, he likes the idea of building better homes for the people there and calling it “Freedom Place” one day.
