There is Saudi and UAE pipelines to move about 9 million barrels per day to circumvent the Hormuz closure. Those who rose up wanted help and they view this as part of the help to get rid of the regime. Japan and South Korea have stuff but those need to stay in the Pacific as part of Team USA to protect Taiwan.
