If you care about the Venezuelan people, you should applaud President Trump’s rendition and removal of the ruthless, socialist dictator, Nicholás Maduro (“Trump’s Rx for Venezuela,” Editorial, Jan. 5). Perhaps not only will the Western hemisphere become more Democratic, but the rest of the world might benefit from the resolve of this American president. The president has stated that the United States will “run” Venezuela and believes the Venezuelan people will welcome him with open arms and cheerfully donate their oil reserves to him.
