In a social media post, Habba said she's stepping down — quote — "to protect the stability and integrity of the office which I love" adding — quote — "But do not mistake compliance for surrender." The former al-Qaida commander pledged a new chapter for the nation, saying his government would help to rebuild the country. That's according to new data out today, and it comes despite a continued drop in shipments to the U.S. amid ongoing trade tensions between the two countries.
