The NLNG Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Adeleye Falade as the new Managing Director of the company as incumbent Philip Mshelbila bows out on 31 December 2025. At a send-off ceremony held recently in Abuja to mark the end of Mshelbila’s tenure as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of NLNG after more than four years, it was disclosed that Falade would assume duties in April 2026. Mshelbila is scheduled to leave NLNG on 31 December 2025 to assume office as Secretary-General of the Gas Exporting Countries Forum in Doha, Qatar,” a statement by NLNG Manager of Corporate Communication and Public Affairs, Anne-Marie Palmer-Ikuku, said.
