Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has been vague about Israel's response to an outline for a partial hostage deal and an end to the war, after Hamas' announcement on Monday that it accepted the latest version of a cease-fire proposal, which sources said is very similar to the one Israel agreed to three weeks ago.
