It marks the end of what has been a gritty, intense run centred on power, violence, and survival in a prison town that never really gets a break. The series stars Jeremy Renner and Edie Falco, and was co-created by Taylor Sheridan and Canadian actor and writer Hugh Dillon. No release date has been announced yet for the final season, but Paramount+ says it will close the book on the series, bringing an end to one of its darkest and most hard-edged dramas.
