A judge denied Gandhi’s bid to dismiss the case, extending until January a protective order which requires Gandhi to stay away from Bellomo and bars him from contacting her, Bellomo’s lawyer, Tim Howes, told The Post. “I just thought it was gossip, entertainment in my town,” said Pucciarelli, the father of two who was on the receiving end of the text exchange with Gandhi and who attended the court hearing — and said he’s prepared to testify in the case.
