MSNBC host Eugene Daniels expressed outrage on Sunday after President Donald Trump’s Daily Caller interview, in which he said that it “would not bother” him to see former FBI Director James Comey and former CIA Director John Brennan arrested live on television. “And that’s become Trump’s playbook across the government, forcing out officials at the CIA, the Department of Transportation, the Bureau of Labor Statistics — institutions where nonpartisanship is essential to what they do,” Daniels added. “We greatly appreciate the surge of officers that enhance what MPD has been able to do in this city … for carjackings, the difference between this period, this 20-day period of this federal surge, and last year represents a 87% reduction in carjackings in Washington, D.C.,” Bowser said.
