In a previous short-lived uprising, the people were forced to bang pots and pans on their roof tops to express their displeasure with the regime. Ever since the current power brokers took charge of that nation and began the “Islamic Revolution” circa 1980, Iran has been a self declared, very vocal, enemy of ours and in fact all the West (we just stand out front as a bulwark on this issue. The more resources they need to divert to maintain stability, the less IRGC they send out as advisors acting against us in Iraq and Yemen, the less they back Hezbollah, the less missiles and drones they have to use against us or Israel, the less resources they devote to building a nuke.
