Then in July, Israel’s Ambassador to the US Yechiel Leiter warned of “troubling” signs of Chinese support as Iran attempts to rebuild its military. The reports of cozying relations between the two countries come as Israel signaled the possibility of launching another attack on the Islamic Republic, with military chief Eyal Zamir saying Thursday the IDF was ready to launch further strikes.
