Ramona Hernandez de Mendoza — whose ninth-grader Angel Mendoza was killed simply for being in the wrong place at the wrong time, according to cops — sobbed so loudly that one of four youths charged in his murder looked at her several times over his shoulder. The suspect, 18-year-old Jordan Williams, and fellow accused killer Andrew Ansah, 18, both waived their testimony in front of a grand jury, moving the case one step closer to a potential trial centered around a bloodthirsty brawl last week in Norwood’s Williamsbridge Oval Playground. The victim, a kind teen who loved basketball, reggaeton and rap, was simply in the wrong place when the group descended on the park, sources said.
