The International Criminal Court prosecutor has been barred from publishing any new applications for arrest warrants in the Palestine case, The Guardian reported on Monday, as he prepares to seek another round of warrants. The probe culminated in May 2024 with his decision to request arrest warrants for senior Israeli and Hamas officials, but it has continued to examine a range of other crimes – both in Gaza and in the West Bank. In October, the Wall Street Journal published an editorial claiming that Khan had been accused of sexual harassment and sought to deflect attention from the allegations by seeking to advance arrest warrants against Netanyahu, Gallant, and Hamas leaders.
