In this case it means that to kill structures or to take sovereignty Fraternity doesn’t just need to have more players, but has to form up their players outside of their usually play time to attack when The Initiative should be able to concentrate the maximum number of their pilots. We did it to Fraternity in 2023 over a Keepstar in X47L-Q where we not only slightly out-formed them in the chosen time zone, but won the objective even though we had to fight through downtime, where everybody got kicked out of the game for server restarts then had to relog to resume the fight, during which the timer on the Keepstar kept running. Since the great un-bluing at the start of the year, where The Initiative reset their standings with us and Fraternity and PanFam reset their standings with each other, there has been little rush or pressure to reform into the two mega-blocs that emerged after the collapse of the B2 Coalition and the swamping of open space by PanFam when the Southeastern Agreement ended.
