Adeniji, who is the Chief Executive Officer of Nigame Aircraft Consult in the United States, acknowledged the importance of citizens in national security but warned that excessive dependence on human intelligence, especially in an environment burdened by mistrust and corruption, was risky. Lawal noted that drones “enable round-the-clock surveillance without endangering troops.” He stressed that deploying high-end drones across hotspots in the North-East, North-West, and parts of the North-Central would strip terrorists of the advantage of surprise.
