[EU] The War Within Hotfixes - 11 November

Added portals to the Druid Order Hall to take you to Duskwood for The Scythe of Elune acquisition quests and to Grizzly Hills for the Claws of Ursoc quests. Fixed an issue causing Lindormi’s keystones to be limited to a maximum of +49 difficulty. Fixed an issue causing some Monks in Uldum to be unable to use the Essence of the Whirlwind.
