The sellers, Andrée Hudson, an abstract artist, and Peter Hudson, a physician, entrepreneur and investor, bought the home from its original owners, Donald and Susan Sturm, in May 2014 for $3.3 million, according to property records. In the walkout basement, they added an apartmentlike living space with a kitchen, bedroom and en suite bathroom, as well as a gym and a spa with a steam room and a 12-person hot tub. Sean and Elizabeth Durbin bought the property for $785,000 in 2014 and constructed the home in 2016.
